David was so very helpful, he helped me all the way through the initial process before handing me over to his colleague Sam. Sam was equally helpful and although it did take quite a bit of time to finalise everything he gave me clear concise information and assisted me in making the best decision for me. Everyone was so helpful and professional, at no time did anyone come across as judgemental and they were just so helpful caring and at all times completely respectful and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Narelle was incredibly patient, understanding, compassionate, practical, competent, efficient, reassuring calm and helpful. These are not easy things to be all at the same time necessarily, and I was very impressed. The only thing I might suggest that your advisors be recommended to do is give the caller a rough idea of the process that is about to be embarked on and roughly how long it will take. Ask if the client has enough time at that point in time, and yeah that’s about it. But I’m really nit picking - Narelle was incredibly patient and flexible anyway.
