The supermarket has decided to scrap its ‘star products’, which previously allowed customers to earn 10% cashback in their Asda Reward Cashpot.

This cashback could then be transformed into vouchers for future shopping trips.

This change comes hot on the heels of Asda’s decision to also end their price match scheme with Aldi and Lidl, introduced just a year ago.

They’re aiming to cut prices on thousands of products, so keep your eyes peeled for those special offers.
