Another 62 high street banks set to close their doors for good this month
The closure of the UK’s high street banks gathers momentum this month, with another 62 branches closing their doors for good, according to data provided by cash machine operator Link.

Over 600 bank branches that were open at the start of 2023 are due to close by the end of December.
Another 42 are pencilled in for closure next year.
