Feed your little monsters for free this October 2024 half term

October half term starts this Friday. With a chill in the air and leaves on the ground, it’s come just in time for Halloween fun. To help keep the cost of your autumnal half term entertainment to a minimum, we’ve pulled together a list of all the places where kids eat free – or for as little as a £1.

Make sure you always check the terms and conditions of each restaurant or café before you go to avoid disappointment or unwanted cost. You can do this on their websites or check with the restaurant staff before ordering.

Here’s all the places we’ve found:

Cafes

Morrisons – spend £5 and get one free kid’s meal all day, every day.

Sainsbury’s Cafes – kids eat for £1 with the purchase of an adult hot main from 11 30am every day.

ASDA – kids eat free for £1 all day, every day with no adult spend required.

Pausa Café @ Dunelm – kids get one mini main, two snacks and a drink for free with every £4 spent after 3pm.

IKEA – kids get a meal from 95p daily from 11am.

Restaurants

Beefeater & Brewers Fayre – two children under 16 get free breakfast every day with one paying adult.

Brewdog – kids eat for free with the purchase of an adult main meal from 26 October – 3 November 2024. You need to prebook to get the deal.

The Real Greek – kids under 12 eat free every Sunday for every £10 spent by an adult.

Banana Tree – kids eat for free on Sundays when an adult buys a main meal.

Travelodge & Premier Inn – buy one adult breakfast from £8.99 and up to two kids eat breakfast for free.

Sizzling Pubs – every Monday-Friday between 3pm-7pm kid’s main meals are £1 with every adult meal purchased.

Angus Steakhouse – Under 8s eat for free between 12pm and 5pm when accompanied by a full paying adult.

TGI Fridays – even though the chain has been in trouble recently, it’s still open for business and kids can eat for free when an adult orders a main as long as you download the ‘Stripes Rewards Members’ app.

Preto – Kids up to age 10 eat free all day, every day with paying adults at Preto in half term.

Pizza Hut – Kids eat for free from the buffet every day from 14 October - 5 November 2024 until 3pm. To qualify you must quote the code ‘SPOOKY’ before you order.  

Yo! Sushi – from 14 October – 1 December 2024 kids eat free with every £10 spent by an accompanying adult.

Gordon Ramsey Restaurants – kids under 8 eat free all day, every day at selected Gordon Ramsay restaurants.

Franco Manco – Under 12s get a free pizza when an adult orders a main meal at selected Franco Manco restaurants.

Bills – two kids eat free Monday-Friday from 21 October until 1 November 2024.

Bella Italia – children eat for £1 with any adult main - the offer is valid 4-6pm Monday to Thursday.

Whitbread Inns – two kids under 16 can eat for free with every adult breakfast purchased.

Table Table – two children under 16 get breakfast for free every day with one paying adult.

Hungry Horse – kids eat for £1 on Mondays during the October half term holidays.

Future Inns – under 5’s eat for free with any adult meal.

Las Iguanas – kids under 12 eat for free when an accompanying adult orders a main meal. Download the La Iguanas app to qualify.
