Tesco shoppers warned to use vouchers or lose out as deadline looms
Millions of Tesco shoppers have been warned to use their Clubcard vouchers before they expire at the end of the month.
Tesco has said that more than £11.5 million worth of Clubcard vouchers – first issued in August 2021 and valid for two years - won’t be usable after 31st August 2023.
The supermarket giant believes around three million shoppers could lose out if they don’t act quickly.
Tesco issues Clubcard vouchers every three months – in February, May, August, and November.
Shoppers get one Clubcard point for every £1 spent in store or online. Motorists can also collect points when they buy fuel – currently you get one point for every two litres of fuel you buy.
Shoppers can exchange their vouchers for money off their weekly food shop, with 150 points getting you £1.50 off your bill.
They can also be used towards a Tesco mobile bill or to buy clothes from the F+F clothing range.
Alternatively, you can use your vouchers for money off on meals out, travel and activities with Tesco Reward Partners, such as Pizza Express, Hungry Horse, Prezzo, Café Rouge, as well as Alton Towers, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Longleat Safari Park.
