We’re strengthening the Money Wellness team

We’ve strengthened our team recently so try and bring about change that will benefit our customers.

Welcome Adam

Adam Rolfe has joined as public affairs officer. It’s his role to help inform and support the new government as they develop and change policies that impact the individuals and families we help. Adam will provide policymakers with data and insights to inform them on issues such as cost-of-living pressures, energy arrears and the rise of problem buy-now-pay-later debt. With experience working in parliament and local government, Adam has a good working knowledge of the issues and information that will support policymakers to drive positive change.

Congratulations Matt

We’d also like to congratulate Matt Sheeran, who has been promoted to the position of collaboration partner. Matt will be working with partner organisations whose customers need debt help to make sure they have the information and support they need to refer those people for advice. Matthew joins the team with five years’ experience as a frontline debt adviser and understands the immediate and positive effect our support can have on individuals and families in financial difficulty.

Our duty to our customers

Our chief executive Ian Somerset said:

“We have a duty to ensure that the needs and experiences of the people we support are highlighted to those in a position to create change. Moreover, as organisations increasingly recognise that immediate access to good debt advice should be a core part of their support offering, we need to expand our team to meet that demand and ensure seamless referral routes are available for a wide variety of partners."

Both Adam and Matthew bring with them a breadth of experience and knowledge that will greatly benefit our external stakeholders and partners.”
