Money wellness have worked very hard when I phoned they couldn't have been more helpful, and put my mind at rest ,they explained everything they were doing and steered me through every step they have taken. I am applying for a DRO,and I've been reassured that they will be with me to explain every step of the process , I really can't ask for more ,and if you are struggling financially then I would recommend using money wellness to anyone, they won't steer you wrong and the staff are friendly, helpful, and caring...

The good thing in a bad situation
I contacted Money Welness with a heavy heart, as I never expected to be in the kind of situation where I couldn't take care of my finances. However, sometimes, family members can trick us into helping more than we should or could. Anyway, I was very lucky to be put through to Jame Daniels. He was kind, polite and very professional, even when I would start talking nervously and, I'm sure, didn't make sense in all my thoughts. James was not judgemental, he was very patient and clear in his explanations. At the end of that phone call, I was made aware of every other ways there were to help me solve this situation, the pros and cons of each one, and which one James thought would be better to me. I felt he had my best interests in mind all the time, and I trusted his advice with the final decision. Thank you James, you made my heavy burden a lot lighter to carry. Super efficient, made the whole process simple with the result I wanted.
I really couldn’t fault the service from start to finish. In the initial stages I used the app to send over documents etc. once they had everything, they called me to run through everything and check that all was in order. I’d say the call in total took around 40 mins. I was told my information would be put forward. It almost seemed too simple, as I expected the process to be long and drawn out. 3 days later my DRO was approved. I really couldn’t believe it. Thank you MW

Worth it
It takes a while to go through everything but it is well worth it. It is all done over the phone and online. Nobody judges you, they are so helpful too. I would totally recommend to anybody.
