Money Wellness scoops a host of awards
It’s been a big week for us here at Money Wellness, with us receiving a number of awards in two different events for our work helping customers tackle their money worries.
‘Company of the year’ and ‘customer service champion’
We’re absolutely thrilled to have been named ‘company of the year’ and ‘customer service champion’ in Smart Money People’s Consumer Credit Awards. This is something we’re particularly proud of, as these awards are based on customer votes.
We were also highly commended in the ‘best financial support provider’ category.
Over 1,500 of you left us a 5* review, with many customers praising our advisers for being ‘non-judgmental, supportive, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough’.
CEO of Smart Money People Jacqueline Dewey said the awards are “an endorsement of customers’ experiences, and a symbol of the industry’s very best companies”.
‘Best training initiative’
In a separate event, we also scooped ‘best training initiative’ at the Credit & Collections Industry Awards. The judges at the Credit Connect event praised our debt advisers’ training as being "robust and in line with Consumer Duty".
Consumer Duty
The Financial Conduct Authority’s Consumer Duty sets out how financial services providers are expected to put their customers' needs first and ensure everything they do is in their best interests.
We take our responsibilities in this area extremely seriously and are delighted to have been recognised for our efforts.
