Excellent. Full of knowledge. Someone who has never experienced debt before I honestly didn’t have a clue about anything or help that was available. So kind and friendly. I put off contact due to feeling embarrassment. These made me feel so at ease and realised that everyone needs a little help at some point and it doesn’t have to be as bad as I assumed.

I believe it was James that I spoke to. He was very patient caring and understanding. made sure I understood everything that he was telling me repeated it when necessary went through everythingstep-by-step He relayed all my options to me and which he felt was best for my needs talk to me through all of that process. He really helped take a lot of pressure off myself with my illness and my mental health. I can’t thank him enough for making my Christmas a little easier And hopefully in the New Year have everything under control thank you thank you thank you so much.
