Excellent, understanding and actually cared
Rang on behalf of a friend who almost took her own life because of debt. The gentleman we spoke to was amazing and has potentially saved her life. I can not thank him enough for his compassion and care whilst undertaking a thorough assessment. He was able to signpost us to other support we didn't realise was out there. I can not thank him enough for him listening and supporting us in this extremely difficult situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I recall the gentleman bring called Niall.
